Major anions and cations, nutrients, dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and inorganic carbon (DIC) distribution in the porewater in cores up to 3 m deep in the western Spitsbergen fjords (Hornsund, Isfjorden, Kongsfjorden and Krossfjorden). Data were collected between 2021 and 2022 within the ArcticSGD project. The data were obtained within the funding received from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014–2021 project no.2019/34/H/ST10/00645.
